OMCR gas springs are manufactured in accordance with DIRECTIVE 2014/68/EU , guideline for equipment subject to pressure.
They are manufactured according to standard ISO11901 and VDI3003 and comply with PED approval for 2 mln* full strokes.
The gas used for pressure gas springs loading is a commercially available environmentally friendly nitrogen. The OMCR range is classified into the following categories: MICRO, POWERLINE, ISO STANDARD.
The standard charge pressure is 150Bar, (on request to 180Bar max.). OMCR gas springs have a power force range from 20DaN to 20000DaN.
